Yes boy scouts and churches are part of the mainstream as well. But mainstream is a middle range of views that includes some of their views. I think most churches would Not want discrimination in the workplace and that is mainstream but their biblical view about homosexuality as an abomination are not. And a boy scout ban(as a private org) on gays is as mainstream as those who oppose it. Anyway, I dont want to deal with this anymore today. Am getting a headache and dont believe i am making much sense at this point. This is like "how many angels can you fit on the tip of a pin" debate. mike
