evidence would appear to justify your conclusion. he championed a vision and it isn't panning out. ;) A few years ago I thought he never really believed in the firm. As time went by, I have changed my mind. I believe he did believe in having a huge success. The shortcommings due to lack of retailing experience were so clear early on, I could not see how he would have confidence in the model. As I see he did not cash out a lot early, continued to try and evolve, I guess I judged his character incorrectly. I feel badly about that. This could be a very nice man.
