<why not turn the thread into a moderated forum and ban the troublemakers?> I have full blessings of my father on trying to regain this thread from people who are out to get him. He does not want to make this a moderated thread; he takes great pride in the history of SI where this amongst few others are only few old threads left unmoderated. Many threads have died as posters have moved on, or resigned. He will not descend to the levels of authoritarian censorship or exclusions, he wants fair chance for his critics to destroy his credibility and he is ready to provide that time and again. Idea is his thread and more often than not it is mostly his discussions with his own self, 67% of his posts are addressed to his own self. He would only answer when asked, he has never attacked anyone personally and he needs this space free without intimidation and threat so that his free mind can discover things where others fail. If for that he has to withdraw he will until this is over. <-or-- why not encourage all readers to put the troublemakers on 'ignore'.> My father is not sure of this thread has too many readers, if you go to the history of this thread, several weeks you will find most of the posts are addressed by my father to his own self, he travels a lot and he has asked all three of us to read this thread since he wants us to take over the business in next few years. This thread has made us grow, have taught us to react to situations and have helped us to understand him and his philosophy. It was knowledge from this thread that has helped us to trade at a very young age. The whole issue is that now he wants people to learn how low some can get to destroy others. This is a part of study of degeneration of humans; we are learning from this whole exercise with best of our ability. Every one voice needs to be listened; we have to live with it. He has done it already by engaging with these people in constructive dialogue, please go and see how many posts have been exchanged with my father on various issues. Not until ridicule, innuendos became a way of life that he reacted by ignoring and not replying them but you cannot go on like that too long. This does not seem to work, now my brothers and I are of unanimous opinion that we don’t need to see this deterioration CONTINUE, better to handle them and see how many more months they will continue to disturb us. We are in for a very long haul. We have no choice; this thread has to regain back its intellectual self-determination that my father free opinions represent. These junk guys want him to be trapped by these same forces that have made them look so miserable and so poor. Here they are making it coercive, today morning the moment he was out of his convicted sentence the first thing he did was to destroy this thread. Now he says he is working, actually he is not, he is reading my posts and coiling I call him the crow of Baltimore. What moral high ground Allies could have come up once arrayed against Hitler? Sometime despots have to be confronted, my father softness has today denied him his own house, it is a shame.
