(Except I'd love to have heard the lawyers arguing over the precise definition of sodomy, given two women... ahem) Frankly, I don't have any recollection of the lawyers describing the acts in question although they probably did. There are too many memories seared into my mind to fit that one. But they didn't have to describe much because they did set the sting up as a photo shoot. They had plenty of color shots to pass around to the jurors. stay and give a sentence of 30 days I argued for 30 days but didn't get far. The two other people on "my side" didn't want to give her less than time served because they didn't want to embarrass the county for bringing the case to trial. You get lots of different perspectives in a jury room. Sigh. Karen
