For record:
Law suit apply to US citizens only, there is nothing you can do against him. Worst thing that can happen is that he is banned. You have to go to France to claim damages. IMHO.

But let us focus on market, leave this name calling to other threads. I hope all the participants will not fall to the level of personal attack.
