with all of my perusing of kazakh and central asian periodicals, i would have to agree that kazakhoil is going to be broken up and consumed by kazkhi nationals or their firms(i'm sure my cousin will be first in line with his hand out)...with all that k-oil owns, it definitely wouldn't hurt to privatize a portion of their holdings(especially the other % of alibek, kozhas, and tenge...might as well see what nelson could do with it)....as far as your merger simulation, i'm sure the boys are in the back room as we speak figuring out just how to get hhla and nlg together(it shouldn't be such a big deal, after all they worked out the hurricane and refinery play)
....with things really quiet(no mention of the quarterly report since the abbreviated #'s were released), i suspect we might be quite surprised when the plan is made known....i'm still of the belief that nelson and hhla will join forces as well as kazkommerts bank and halyk, and with my cousin in charge of making all the decisions about pipelines, i'm sure we'll have some(pipelines) coming to our fields real soon.....coolie
