yes, May 15th. in a bull market , it won't matter! during the '74 to '80 period, the CB's tried EVERYTHING to stop the rally, and their ammunition was a good sight bigger back then...and still the rally only ended after a massive speculative blow-off.

there's a lesson btw: massive speculative blow-offs ALWAYS end in long term bear markets that are a mirror image of the blow-off, and eradicate the entire parabolic part of the rise. to wit: the gold parabola/blow-off began at $260/oz., the '79 high. until then, the advance looked like a healthy , 'normal' bull market advance (of course it's debatable what marked the mania starting point):
