Hi David, In 1987 when the DOW dropped to 1500, Robert Prechter called the top at 2000, then he raised it to 2500, then he raised it to 3000 and finally to 5,000 and declared the 5000 level is the ultimate super top and that the DOW cannot rise above that level... today we're looking at 10,850 and there are still so many bears along with Prechter calling "the top"... respectfully, I cannot believe the guy is still around selling his wares..... I'm typically not a better man, you're the one who offered the wager... I figured I might as well make it worth my while..... if you decline my counter offer, then let's just skip the bet, there's no need for that kind of thing...<g> just be sure to bookmark my other post, it will happen... the DOW should blow through 13,000 with little trouble.....
