This may not be a bad thing. CPQ gets a fee for losing the bid, but there are alot of other good companies that are going cheap in this space.
Sapient, Scient, Viant......looks like CPQ could purchase all or a number for the same or less (except Sapient, which would probably be the best one).

Still, Proxicom was a good move. Shame they are being trumped.

John Koligman;

One post per day is indeed pathetic. However, until there is some evidence that cpq can mount a meaningful defense against dell there are too many that could give a rat's ass about cpq. CPQ is losing the battle and the war!! Michael Dell blows MC away!! Michael Dell wants the accolades! He wants the recognition!! He wants to be the box king!! And he will do everything in his power to achieve that goal. When it comes to hunger and desire and sheer ego, Michael Capelas couldn't hold Dell's jockstrap! Michael Dell is infinitely more egotistical and arrogant than MC could ever imagine being. MD is power hungry. He is vain and he is starving for accolades. MC just doesn't have the hunger for these vain attributes that MD has and therefore MD will beat MC!!! END OF STORY!!!!!!!!!
