Note that the jury cleared Rambus of the RICO charges (not that anyone was expecting that one to hold water).

The quote from Bloomberg is, "Rambus Inc. committed fraud by using information from an industry standards committee to obtain microchip patents, a federal jury decided.....After deliberating about 4½ hours following the three week trial, the jury also decided that the company's actions did not constitute racketeering against Infineon...."
