Really don't have and answer to your questions, "Does the license arrangement with Delphi only include the manganese
chemistry? Would use of the phosphate chemistry by Delphi require an updated and expanded license from VLNC?" But would think the phosphate would be extra.

Also, I've been wondering, does Delphi have a production plant suited for large scale Li-poly production or would they be a possible candidate to buy the Mallusk plant?
