Don, Appellate courts are loathe to reverse jury rulings, so this is likely to stand. I feel thsi will also echo onto all the other actions that Rambus has and might cause them all to tumble like dominoes.
Remember Rambus wanted a jury and it bit them as it is far harder to overturn a jury ruling.
