"Bush left California in the dark"...where did
that come from. Bush was the governor of Texas,
not Calif. That is the responsibility of Calif's
government and voters...they gambled and they
lost. Why blame Bush, he has been in office
for 100 days...why not blame Clinton who was
in office eight years....or Willie Brown who
has been in office 20 years. It is time people
take responsibility for their actions...it is
time for Calif to clean up their own mess.
