No, that is wrong.
I can't really conceive back that far. From what I understand, even the smarties like Hawking can only trace it back to 10^-37 seconds, but not further. So, because it is inconceivable, it is not worthy of belief.

I have heard theories of many/mini universes being born from black-holes, popping up along the "germ-line" of the universes. This would not only solve (or delay) the question of ultimate origins, but would also neatly answer the anthropic argument, by allowing for natural selection of cosmological constants.

But I can only understand these things by analogy, as the math for it is beyond me. :)
