Some very funny stuff on the thread today. Really laughing out loud stuff. JXM, the odds are 3 - 1 for Trinidad. Sounds about right.

The MSG crowd will be going crazy for Tito. It's going to be a real "home court" advantage for him. I was at MSG for the Roberto Duran - Davey Moore fight and the crowd was insane for Duran. And Davey Moore was the hometown guy. The garden can get very loud.

As for my prediction, I'll stick with Trinidad KO 5 over Joppy. And unlike Barrera - Hamed and Ruiz - Holyfield II, I too will shell out the bucks for this fight. Tito is one of the best in the game and in the prime of his career. Trinidad is worth the price of admission. By all rights, however, this fight should also be an HBO bout, not a $44.95 extravaganza. A more reasonable $29.95 would've been sufficient if they had to charge for the fight.
