nobody understands and it's all their fault!

Why do you love this stock so much? And why trust your feelings above all the evidence around you?

Shouldn't logic and cool-headed analysis prevail at some point? If you apply that to rmbs the same way you'd do DD on any other company, what conclusions will you arrive at?

As far as I can tell, there are two sets of appeals that rmbs has to prevail in now :

1. Payne's Markman construction.
2. Overturning of the jedec fraud.

Failing in either one makes their patents unenforceable.

---

Right now, it is a virtual certainty that royalty payments from ddr/sdr will stop, and it is even plausible that the paid royalties will have to be repaid, or lawsuits to reclaim paid royalties can certainly start.

So in the short term, there is clearly a large downside in their earnings and revenue.

Longer term, all this will pass and drdram will still have an interesting niche. But how big is that niche?

It also breached 12.50 in AH. If that does not hold, check where the next support is.

RE:"I'm still here. Still have the same opinion of scumbria, bilow & their ilk. I still think that, at best, they are FUD-meisters. They post relentlessly with BS, spun as negatively as possible including liberal amounts of lies & deceit".

These guys know the memory technology. I know from experience the litigation end of things.
This one was very easy to see coming.

In light of the threats I've received on SI and in private, it's hard to have any sympathy for Rambus.

Jim
