Schneider took over CFO position from Meredith when he moved over to head up Dell Ventures. Recently it appeared to me that Meredith was becoming more visible again with his new position as senior vp of business development and strategy. He had begun handling presentations to the street again. I was certain that several new partnering agreements were forthcoming along with some possible acquisitions as a result of his new role. Seems rather odd that he would resign shortly after taking on this new much more visible position.
