if wave 5 of the secular move starts, it would be definitely possible. would take a few years though...
'impossible' is not part of my vocabulary w.r.t. this - after all, palladium went from 80 bucks to over 1,000 in a few years too.

i have some ideas for targets that are pretty far out actually.

I told someone I expected 900/oz within the next four years -- he told me that gold has no intrinsic value, isn't money and is "just" a commodity. Little practical use except for jewelry ... Buying gold is a pure speculation -- I didn't bring up the CSCO shares he started buying at $30 a share (ok, at least not at first) <vbg>

people watch the stupid crap on CNBC, soak it up and believe it without any critical thought at all. <ng>
