CSCO doesn't seem to be humble toward other competitors - bigger and more resourceful ones.

I think Chambers' fear for JNPR is genuine, a potential side benefit may be to psyche-up the CSCO team. The Cisco kids had been too comfortable until recently. [I know at least half a dozen folks working there].
