That is a very good point! I guess I was just afraid that I would not be connected to the internet for a second. I will try it that way first. If everything works on the new PC, then like you say, I will have saved myself some trouble.

yikes, i didn't draw that conclusion from norma's plan, and it looks like you may be right. i thought she was endeavoring to network both machines.... maybe it was this remark...

... that caused me to go off on the assumption that norma wanted to share her internet connection between both pc's.
