BS, the Republican congress appointed more people to the bench during Clinton's term then Democrats did during Reagan's years. You're just upset because your precious liberal ABA wasn't considered when selected Supreme court justices. That radical left wing lawyers group, which pays off Democrats to the tune of millions in pack dollars, doesn't deserve the light of day when it comes to recommendations. Dashle saying "not one" will be appointed was disgusting party politics at his best. And what's even funnier is to remember they were going off the deep end less than 6 months ago saying such things as "we're in a crisis because we have 75 seats open to fill". Well, we now have 100 seats to fill and the Demolibs are (of course), changing their tune. What a bunch of hypocrites... Dashle comes from one of the least populist states and thinks he's President. And Bush won that state.
