All inquistions and Genocides have a believed strong moral basis behind them. Otherwise they could not happen.

There's a good chance the victims were unarmed also. The moral basis of course was in the eye of the beholder(of power).

The sad part is that I have no doubt that you truly believe in Clinton's moral philosophy.
The scary part is that parents entrust you with their kids.
