Paul, Most of them are rought treatment of flip chip surfaces and the rest are heat transfer problems and power supply problems brought on by not using good materials. Most SD shops now know what not to do or use.
I was impressed by the number of people. At a similar one last year there were 1/4 as many people. This tells me mindshare grows
