Scumbria, I think initial success in stock options tends to make some young engineers lose their perspective on life and certainly some of their social graces. Your experience is not unique and at least a couple rmbs engineers could live more enriching lifes if they study zen or go to charm school. That young kid rmbs lawyer with a ponytail is a bit irritating too. This could easily apply to msft as well. Usually it's the young ones out of school who lucked in on options at the right price in their first job and believe they are god's chosen people. But I think that there are probably normal decent engineers in rmbs who don't buy into all that arrogance stuff. SbH
