LOL: CSCO Trading Range - $3 to $30.00

[Edited... oops]

Well, that would just about sum up the thread these days. Wider indeed than some of the thinking... but at least the differences are diminishing. Not even a year ago it used to be $5.00 to $150.00 and the thread less inclined to diversity.

Other observations?

I see the bottom end of the range is not going down as rapidly as the top end, which should give renewed hope to the optimists that the bottom predictions are indeed bottoming. The pessimists have also been given renewed hope because the top end predictions also seem to have topped. So we are all more hopeful. Which is good.

I do not see $3.00 at all. Except after a reverse split or two. No way that the mighty CSCO could be excluded from being marginable, or from funds by virtue of stock price limits. Oh that just must never happen. And so it will not.

In the near term I do not see $30.00 either, except possibly as a marker between a nicely higher and a substantially lower price, with the lower price following after the higher price. The irrational volatility is just that: irrational and volatile. And so it defies prediction as well as gravity. At least for the time being.

And meanwhile we have a stock destined to earn less than $0.20 per share "pro-forma" in the 12 months including this last quarter... valued at $20.

John.
