Note the set up. MS trash talks AMAT and others yesterday per your post and then upgrades them today.

These guys are thieves. This is blatant market manipulation that should be investigated by the SEC. If they were buying for their own account yesterday, someone should go to jail. At least when Jonathan Joseph did it on INTC last month he waited a week between his cautious comments and upgrade. <G>
