res- How do you explain Reagan's strong reaction to the October, 1987 market crash, and the subsequent immediate turn around of the market?

Did you happen to notice you made the claim regarding Reagan, and then quoted an article which highlighted Baker's reaction? Reagan had one of the best quotes of all time during the 87 crash and it went something like this. "I guess it's a stock market thing". His calm demeanor and positive spirit, was one of the factors that restored market confidence so quickly.

Are you ever right about anything?

OK, scum, just where was CLINTON when this thing started? Because, in spite of your dedicated efforts to re-write history, this did start on his watch.

I await your answer.

Oh, and answer the question this time. Instead of changing the subject.
