First of all, the premise to your argument is once again faulty. The President has said nothing substancial in regard to the economy or markets, except, "we are concerned about a recession on the horizon and believe a tax cuts is a good tool to ensure it doesn't happen". (or words to that effect)

On the other hand, Clinton said "we were in the worst economy of the last 50 years", which was an out-and-out lie. So which was worse?

Your hypocrisy and inability to deal with reality that conflicts with your mental models amazes me.

Once you had "irrational exuberance" and 5000 on the Nasdaq, what do you think was the logical next step. I hope you didn't think we could consolidate at that level and continue to allow dot.coms to buy "real" assets with their wildly inflated stock.

The bubble is largely deflated. Time to rebuild. 7-8% growth in the computer industry.......

Later, have to see to some tree trimming for a while.
