Yes, and I agree Chambers doesn't need the axe. I would rather have a leader than a manager. The difference, imho, is the leader, who takes initiative, maybe screws up, but learns from it v. the manager who is afraid to take risk, thus missing out on opportunities. Kind of like investing.knc
