I don't know if I agree on the cash burn rate at Dell, so far that has not been the case. I agree on the bundling, that is why many have said IBM wants to remain in the biz. Some of the 'true believers' on the Dell thread have been talking for years about an IBM/Dell relationship/merger, but I really doubt that one, so other than continually gobbling up market share and attempting to 'commoditize' every piece of the business he can, I don't know what else Mikey can do at this point. Dell has said in the past that he has an 'aversion' to large mergers due to their impact on the Dell model.
