Waterfront property is nice. I grew up on it and always dreamed of having some someday. We bought some nice waterfront property up in the San Juan Islands of Washington state a couple of years ago with a little bit of our Cisco profits.

We SCUBA dive, clam, sail, fish, take friends, and family up there but most of all enjoy the quiet beauty of the area.

The big bonus is we take people out all the time in our boat during the summer less than a mile from our waterfront home to have Killer whale encounters. That always blows people away!

Waterfront property appreciates faster than just about any other property. For example back in 1950 my folks bought their waterfront home on Vashon Island near Seattle for $14,000 today it's worth quite a bit north of a million. Not bad appreciation!
