Just a little education,

There is NO Reagan, Bush, Clinton, Bush budget/bill. It's all done in the Congress. The prez either signs it, doesn't sign it (it still goes into effect), or vetos it.

Ha! That's a lie. Intentional lie or a lie born out of ignorance? You tell me.

The deficit dropped significantly under Reagan's last two budgets, even below the 1996 Repub congress number.
