Speaking of HI-B's, there are some who think it is just a way for the tech co.'s to keep wages down. The foreign workers are under a lot of control by their employers when wanting to gain citizenship. Hardly what you would expect from the Liberal Silicon Valley. Sounds more like the plantation.
