Hi Suresh,

I have to admit the timing is a little strange. We are about the enter a traditionally slow period of the calendar year with the summer slow down in Europe and other parts of the world. I can't see why you would want to heavily take positions given that fact and the fact that most positions traders will wait for the visibility going into the fall to confirm the second half re-bound.

Interesting CC by BBOX. They expect the slow down to last at least 12 months. They are insultated to an extent as they don'y need new equipment installations to keep their business growing. They expect the industry to grow in the teens for the maintenance and set up of equipment this year. They appear to be growig faster than that at 20 percent as they are taking market share. It looks like they expect the slow down to be long than CSCO and others are projecting. Management of BBOX appears to be very conservative though.
