So...anybody think rmbs will overcome this disaster? Will the fud clud be hanging over them for years to come? I guess I will wait and see...maybe buy some if/when it hits $5....just for the hell of it........ sheez, what a screw job they did on their shareholders. I would imagine if the fraud convixtion holds...and even if it doesn't....there will be quite a few class action suits brought against this company.....and nyep, I would consider partaking. If they indeed knowingly circumnavigate the jedec and if all this other crap is true......they lied to their shareholders. I see every current licensee, imcluding the largest in the world, samsung......saying "hold on just a minute" before they pay any more in royalty fee's.....In fact, Samsung has a clause in their contract that protects them if rmbs patents are founf invalid or unenfrceable....and thats just what happened. I know this much, If I was paying rmbs royalties, I wouldnt send them another check, and I would get together with all the others that have been paying royalties and I would sue rmbs to get my money back.....it's not nice to collect royalties on patents that were ruled invalid by the courts and patents that were found to have been derived at by fraudulent means.......I sure as well wouldnt pay anymore, and would try and get back what I did pay. As a former shareholder, I wouldnt sue rmbs myself, but I would certainly join a larger class action suit, and my guess is there will be many to join........opinions anyone?
