The most telling was the Wolff Family Trust. Look, everyone knows that execs will need to dump 20K shares here and 30K shares there to pay off the house, buy the Ferrari, and send the kid to college. Its expected and normal. But why does a trust (which we imagine would have a longer term perspective) need to create a capital gains event? Because it is a now or never situation. This is stock distribution at its finest.
