I view it the other way....the carrier has to offer the application before there can be any demand for it. I dont think that it will be obvious which applications become the killer apps for wireless data. The only way to determine it will be customer demand. Like I said, the carrier could still charge for premium placement....but I think it would be in the carriers best interest to allow access to all of the BREW certified programs.
