I finally received my annual report. I think the picture just reflects a partly cloudy day... not smog. Can't comment on the photo quality. The cover of my annual report did not look as bad as I suspected it might. Perhaps the picture of the flare was the one that concerned you. I suspect that represents a bleak overcast winter day in Poland. I can relate to such conditions during winter months in Alaska.
