I do not think you can conveniently refuse to discuss it when I framed it in the context of your argument against the 2nd Amendment. I think it is highly relevant, and cuts directly to the issue of "rights". Then again, that is the difference between liberals and intelligent conseratives (I stress "intelligent" vs. the uniformed variety of conservative). We are committed to taking all rights at face value for what they are, and are not. ~SB~
