ribs

these are the best ribs ever.

put ribs (any kind) into a 9-14" baking pan.
mop bar-b-que baste or moppin' sauce on them
(i use stubbs mopping sauce)
let sit while you heat the oven to 375 degrees
pour a whole can of coke over the ribs and cover
the pan tightly with foil. bake for 1 1/2 hrs.
remove from oven, drain liquid. baste with your choice
bar-b-que sauce (**bone suckin' sauce is my fav)
put on bar-b-que grill until edges are crispy. if you use
boneless (country style ribs, you should skewer the ribs
on shishkabob skewers, if you use the bamboo kind
always soak in water first). enjoy.

the hot "bone suckin' sauce is not hot, it's bold with a
little spice, yet kind of sweet...awesome stuff...i guarantee!!!)
