monthly numbers are bound to fluctuate -- but I have a hard time believing some of the pimping earlier -- Looks like KSS got a boost to sales -- bigger than I would have thought (but again it's a monthly number). I think the aggregate will be down ... I'm still short TGT, though it did make a new high today (1% increase in sales is noise in my book). Going to keep my eye on LOW I'm kind of surprised by some of the sales growth, given the slower growth in credit -- maybe this is the poverty effect -- "stocks are toast. I'm going to buy myself a new gadget or a new outfit to make myself feel better" -- the end is near, but I thought it was here. Had to lighten my exposure ... Good luck ...
