Haven't thought it through but at first glance, Intel could be in a heap more trouble w/rambus that first thought. Especially if Rambus has to jack up their royalty fees to pay for all the Lawyers and lawsuits . . .

Jim, I don't think jacking up RDRAM royalties is an option. A year or so ago, Mike Magee reported that Intel/RMBS contract stipulates that royalties over 2% go to Intel, not Rambus. I'm pretty sure that I checked the SEC filing on that one, too.

It'll be fun to watch the Intel/Rambus dance continue, anyway.
