What a wild story this is! I've been following it for more than 2 years now. I made a lot of money trading this stock and then probably lost as much in it in the past 6 months before selling 1/2 when they were removed from the TSE 300 and the other half in the court decision rumor selling. I'm glad to be out because it wasn't worth the aggravation.

If all the bondholders are converted it's a 10:1 dilution, but they could just pay off some of the bondholders since they have more than $50 million cash and not all the bondholders have agreed to the terms yet. What's the real enterprise value of the company? If it's worth $8-10 a share (with or without the cash?) then the current price could be about right. Fear about bondholder dilution could be greater than the reality. My impression is that this company is in relatively good shape for a gold miner. What are the odds that shareholders will sell down to 10 cents a share based on the 10 to 1 dilution statement in the press release? That would be a buying op!

I'm glad to be on the sidelines at this point.
