I know it's all too common, but if they caught the J6P that did EMLX in then they can catch others. I just like the truth!

IMO, if the SEC wanted to, they could take action to limit the frequency of this obvious manipulation (read fraud)

I don't think this is fraud. Fraud is trying to create a deception, lying.

All these "pro-forma" earnings announcements is fraud.

Edit: I guess you could find some lying going on in this.
