no, of course not. there is nothing which says that what's called the bottom is just a branch holding us. by definition you can't anticipate local minima. i think all the bottom talk is wishful thinking "it can't get any worse, besides santa claus is coming to town soon; people will spend." last year that turned out to be wrong, so can this year.
