As I have noted, I was putting forth an idea provocatively that I merely entertained as plausible. Where I come from, that is a legitimate way to explore issues. I doubt that a law is needed, in the end, unless it is to support the right of the owner to regulate such behavior in his establishment, so that there is not constant litigation. The hostility to the notion of being considerate of those who do not want to have intimate activity thrust upon them at supper is, though, unseemly,In My Humble Opinion.....
