J.P. Morgan Chase CEO on TV now justifying bank's recent tighter credit policy, while pushing for lower interest rates, in order for in-debt consumers to go deeper in debt (to support the economy of course)...Wouldn't want the economy to slide into recession, ya know...

He's (acting) like this (what he is saying) makes sense, and is congruent.
