Multi-Media Service Brokers Inc. is a private company that will distribute the EyeFX 3D kits along with its CD-ROM and DVD titles to retail and Internet markets involved in the North American adult entertainment industry. Tetratel will deliver 2,500 kits to Multi-Media on a quarterly basis beginning in June of this year and will supply the initial 2,500-unit order out of existing inventory. For the initial shipment Multi-Media will pay $30 (U.S.) per unit in advance of delivery for the basic PC kits. Commencing with the second 2,500-unit shipment, Multimedia will purchase the newer EyeFX 3D console kits at a cost of $45 (U.S.) each, which is the same cost per kit that Exotic Vision ordered previously. During the week of May 14, 2001, Tetratel was in Los Angeles for the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) and has initiated royalty negotiations with seven companies that are using Tetratel's recently patented 3-D technology. In addition to these meetings, Tetratel held discussions with businesses interested in the company's patented laser projection technology (LPT) project, as well as with distributors vying for the worldwide retail distribution rights of the company's EyeFX 3D video game console system. Further details will be released as they become available. (c) Copyright 2001 Canjex Publishing Ltd. stockwatch.com
