You know, I'm wondering how good a benchmark Softie is.....(I think) it is now such a parking place for muni fund cash (what to buy? When in doubt, Softie) and is likely also manipulated some trading days (if one wants to effect averages)....

I just wonder if technical levels are as relevant......leaving aside, of course, that big fat 72 it can't seem to get over...
