The vast majority of double-punched ballots were from Democratic voters, Because there was a "Gore" punch? You don't appear to understand what the characteristics of a fraud might be.

The already voted ballots are stacked and Gore's number is punched. The gore ballots aren't effected as they were already punched. Ballots that didn't have a vote now are Gore ballots. Ballots that were for other candidates are now void. The problem with that method is it leaves a lot of pregnant, dimpled and hanging chads. Sound familiar?
